However, they face challenges in reaching remote areas and integrating technology across diverse sectors, which impedes their full potential in transforming performance appraisal systems.
Implementing a comprehensive digital appraisal platform through [ INTV 3 ], integrating AI-driven audit and fraud detection, can standardize evaluation criteria and minimize subjectivity. Additionally, establishing a [ INTV 4 ]-based Citizen Feedback App can ensure transparency and continuous feedback from employees. For systemic resilience, introducing parallel support skills training under [ INTV 7 ] can assist in adapting to new appraisal systems.
Over the mid-term, the [ INTV 3 ] platform should evolve to include advanced analytics for trend analysis, allowing for organizational spread and deeper integration into institutional practices.
In the long-term, this intervention can expand to encompass predictive analytics, contributing to a culture of foresight and proactive adjustments, while fostering innovation.
This solution positions India as a global leader in digital governance and performance management within 5–10 years.
Potential risks include data privacy concerns and resistance to change, which may undermine [ INTV 3 ] effectiveness.
